Received the holiday info booklet this week, including luggage labels.

Interestingly under the shore excursion section it states that if you book prior to 16 days before sailing you are guaranteed a 5% saving. If you have already booked you have already saved. I have rung through to query how this works. It seems according to P and O that the 5% saving has already been applied to the prices shown on the cruise personaliser . Our 2 day St Petersburg excursion has always been £222 but I'm told that the saving applies to last years prices. So why bother mentioning it in the brochure.

I think what you will find is that if you wait to book an excursion when on board it will be 5% dearer than that in the brochure.

Have had an email from P and so regarding our upcoming Baltic cruise. It states that there will be an e pert from Kirov arts on board and there will be Russian themed events.

Has anyone been on a Baltic cruise experienced any of these things.
