Welcome to the forum, hurry back because we’re on the day you come off. Great ship you will love it despite some of the comments you’ll get, just take it all in and enjoy every moment, the first is always the best and you’ll never forget it. The staff are brilliant, ship good, and you’ll want to book another. The other PO ships are all great as well, but different, you’ll just have to find the one you love, have a great cruise, just enjoy.

You realise that once you've been on one cruise you'll soon be looking to do another! I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time. We had no idea what to expect when we did our first cruise back in 2003, my husband says we'd be a lot richer today if we'd never been on that first cruise! Your first ship is always special. If you have the time it would be really good if you could post a review on your return. We have been on all the P&O ships apart from Britannia so it would be interesting to hear your thoughts. Have a wonderful time.

Britannia is the only P&O ship we haven't tried yet, so please let us have your thoughts on return.
As others have said, it could be the start of a very expensive habit.
welcome to the forum by the way

We are on then too, meeting up with our 8 table companions whom we met 10 years ago on the Ventura Maiden, we have met up every year since then. Cruising is a wonderful way to make friends!Ian Perth wrote: ↑29 Mar 2018, 09:14Welcome to the forum, hurry back because we’re on the day you come off. Re: 1st cruise B807
Wow I didn't know I could have booked a follow on cruise to set sail the same day as the first one finished!
I have read several of the reviews on this forum and have found some useful tips already.
Hopefully we don't experience too many queues or too much sea sickness.
Getting very excited now.

Not only could you have booked the follow on cruise seanme if you book a back to back ( 5 days or more ) you can get an additional 10% off the total price so worth remembering for the future.
Enjoy your first cruise I doubt it will be your last.
