Evening not so.
This warmer weather has tempted me out for jobs to do in the garden. I have found out that some muscles have evidently been dormant for a few months and have let me know of their displeasure of being woken up.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
Just had a not very pleasant nasal gastroscopy (camera down the throat) about an hour half ago. The procedure was no problem, it's the stuff they squirt up your snozzler that cause all the problems. Still, it's done now.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
Thanks Jan.
Lolly . Bu99er all, not even a cuppa and a bickie. That's because the foul tasting stinging stuff they spray up your nose and down you throat numbs everything so you could choke if eating and drinking straight away. The actual procedure is no problem, it's the affects and after affect of the medication that's a nuisance. Apparently most people don't have sedation, I did, too bl**dy right. I'm no hero
I have been having regular bouts of acid reflux at night so got referred. Turns out I have a moderate hiatus hernia which hopefully can be controlled with long term medication.
Just another thing to add to the list
Him upstairs hasn't got me yet

Acid reflux …
Get the Doc to prescribe ' Lansoprasole ' capsules else you could put a brick under the legs of the bed at the pillow end.

Yes, that was mentioned, and they are building up the road. I'll see if I can get one that matches the carpet
No doubt the travel insurance company with use it to add several more pounds to the premium.

No added premiums for indigestion but carrying a couple of bricks on board could attract attention .
