Re: Last One to Post Wins
How nice to see you have been keeping my place ready for me.
Just popped home to tend the garden and pick up the post.
We have some hot weather arriving soon so take care out there.
Big news story on BBC look east about Maldon. They want Stephen to use the bus.
See you soon, it's back to the coast, ta ta.

I'm home after our little trip to Wales. Very nice. Now back to the excitement of waiting for the Sainsbury's delivery. BTW Moby they have click and collect in the car park of Waitrose in Menai Bridge if that's any help. Come to think of it, they still have it, even if it isn't any use.

A lovely sight of baling being carried out at the end of our road.

So my excuse is I'm on the wireless. What's yours for being awake at such a silly hour?

Mobietta woke me up to politely enquire if I had heard the storm that had woken her up ... sadly I had not

Ah yes. The old "Are you awake?" - "I am now" conversation.

Morning wasters. Bloomin hot last night. The fan was on the go for most of the night. Could do with a storm to freshen the air.

Three of us now then. Anyone got Towny's number for an alarm call?

The only way to cool a hot room at night is with a slow moving ceiling fan ... not a lot of people know that

Or a bucket of iced water chucked from a safe distance. Test it with Mobietta. She'll be pleased.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
I have been stuck here trying to post an Alesund photo taken from Sven's brothers cafe lookout, but failing miserably. I have managed to resize it with the MS resize tool, and stored it in My Pictures, but my laptop just won't communicate with Cruise-Community, in any way whatsoever. I think I must have upset the Mods.

I've walked our dog. Then done some weeding in the back garden but that's enough it's hot and sunny so I am now going to sit in the back garden and enjoy my hard work

I think you mean Longley farm. Could be our lush rain soaked grass pasture that make it taste so good.Manoverboard wrote: ↑08 Aug 2020, 13:29It's amazing what you can learn on here ... did you know for example that :
