Just your luck that we are in a lockdown and road conditions are so bad the police have asked everybody not to travel.

Our bin was frozen up, but Mrs S soon sorted it. I would have done it but she insisted

My highlight of the day was changing the printer black in cartridge. :P

I filled Trish's car with petrol last week. 40 litres. So much cheaper than a set of ink cartridges. I might try 4 star in the printer next time it needs a top up.

Cheaper to just buy another printer than original ink.

It is.. I use alternative ink and every few years it eventually clogs the head. But every couple of changes I save enough for a new printer. In fact last time the printer cost me nothing! I use IJT inks and they have printer offers where if you buy 2 or 3 sets of their ink they give you the printer with it.

I did use IJT many years ago, and quite successfully, but our current Epson printer just refuses to accept off brands, no matter how I try to coax it.

Ours is an Epson but having bought it from (been given it by) IJT I guess they only supply models that will accept their ink.

Not here for now but have had showers, the most snow we've had, not much, 3cm maybe.
Had a walk while it was warm, 3c and sunny light breeze. It was nice to get out and not feel cold.

I use a company called ‘Kings of Flash’ via Amazon. Work fine on my Epson and a fraction of the cost of originals.
