Suite D736

#1

Post by Stephen »

Anyone stayed in suite D736 on Azura.

I'm just curious as it looks like some suites are becoming available for our cruise after being sold out, no doubt due to Corona virus. Could be a bargain to be had.

Not unless P&O have changed their policy of charging the price difference at time of booking. Lots of disappointed folk over on CC who have already tried.

I worked out we would have to pay another £1800 to upgrade to a suite but could probably get it a bit cheaper through our travel agent. I don't think Mrs S would go for it though. For some reason she's not overly keen on a suite. I wouldn't mind giving it a go if the price was right just to see how the other half live. :D

You'd hate it …. one can live without the included champagne, canapés, served lunch and butler etc and simply focus on a brown ale 'n' crisps like wot you usually do. :D
Keep smiling, it's good for your well being

Think your right Moby. What was I thinking :D

On a serious note, I've just looked at a YouTube video of suite D737 and as I suspected you get allot of noise from the wash.

Don't worry Keith I will 🍻.
To be honest it didn't look anything special compared to some suites I've seen on ship visits.

Not D736 but D737 which is the mirror opposite. It was the the first suite that we had and loved it. Plenty of space, large balcony and no more noise from the wake than any other aft cabin. Are the extras worth it - in our opinion some are and some are not. Breakfast in the Epicurean is a much more civilised and relaxed experience than either the MDR or the Smash and Grab. Again lunch in the suite is civilised.
