Hows this for service? Just applied for our OBC for our November cruise on Ventura at 15.31 by email and at 15.38 we received notification that it had been granted! Impressed!

It always used to be like that, but quite some time now, we have had far less impressive service.

Applied for mine 2 weeks ago,not heard a thing,will be phoning next week,I’m sure it’s all in hand, HL are usually pretty on the ball.we go in a fortnight.
