Does anybody have an update e mail address for Christopher Edgington. I have e mailed but no reply which is unusual.

I think DQ's is the one to go for as chrisedgington@carnivalukgroup.com bounced back.

Of course there is the other option, and this is just a shot in the dark, but you could try phoning P&O and ask for his current email address!

You might be right. Mr Colvin Slee e mailed me about the Adonia shambles and I replied but since then he has left matters up in the air and he is not replying to my e mail. So I tried Mr E but neither of them are giving me the curtesy of reply.

Never mind will just have to let it go.
Bad customer relations though.

I think that's one I used too to express a view on possible changes to the loyalty scheme, to which I got a prompt reply and a follow up from someone else in his dept.

When I sent an e mail to the above e mail address I had a reply almost immediately. OK, passed onto someone else, but a named contact, who resolved the issue within days.

I have had to ring through this morning, apparently my e mails have not been received, strange as one was a reply to a previous p and o address.
They will pass my query on. Will just have to be patient and see if anyone gets back to me.
