Transferring a booking to another person
Hi There
To cut a long story short, my parents are booked on Azura for 2 weeks at xmas. Dad no longer wants to go Obviously can't claim on insurance for change of heart, however the deposit was quite hefty. Spoke to P&O via email and they said names could be changed on a booking free of charge up to a certain point. Great! However have had conflicting info since.
So, does anyone know if it's possible to change all names on a booking to someone else?
If anyone's interested, it was a bargain booking. Outside cabin for £1360 pp!

Surely if P&O responded to your email saying there would be no charge you have now got it in writing and they must honour that?
Where has the conflicting information come from?

JoanneB - the facebook forum cast some doubt over it as people started saying you wouldn't be able to change all names from the original booking.
My concern was that you seem to get a different answer from whoever you speak to at P&O.
However, I have this morning spoken to them and they have assured me we can do this.
So, I have my answer now I guess
Anyone interested??? (Stephen - you'll have to do better than that )
