Apparently, someone has been shot with a starter pistol at the athletics track.
Police think it was race related.

Finally, a Useful Health Warning
Don't wash your hair in the shower
(It's so good to finally get a health warning that is useful)
IT INVOLVES THE SHAMPOO WHEN IT RUNS DOWN YOUR BODY WHEN YOU SHOWER WITH IT ..... A WARNING TO US ALL!
I don't know WHY I didn't figure this out sooner! I use shampoo in the shower! When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body, and printed very clearly on the shampoo label is this warning,
"FOR EXTRA BODY AND VOLUME."
No wonder I have been gaining weight!
Well, I got rid of that shampoo. I suggest you do too. I am now showering with Dawn dishwashing soap instead. Its label reads,"
DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE."
Problem solved!

It seems that we can change gender these days but I think it best to stay as a male ...
Have you seen the queues for the ladies ?

A Russian cargo spaceship went out of control trying to get to the ISS and is due to crash back to earth at 9am tomorrow morning with the likely crash site to be Liverpool.
It is expected to cause millions of pounds worth of improvements.

When they were young lads, Brian and Mike walked into a chemist shop in the village one day, picked out a box of tampons & proceeded to the till.
The shop assistant asked Brian, “Son, how old are you?” “Eight”, Brian replied.
The assistant continued, “D’you know what these are used for?”
Brian replied, “Not exactly, but they aren't for me. They're for Kevin. He's my best friend. He’s four." "Oh, really?" the assistant replied with a grin.
"Yes." Brian said. "We saw on TV that if you use these, you would be able to swim, play tennis and ride a bike. Right now, he can't do any of those.”
