Captain Phillips

Went to see this last night but they posted the times wrong so we went to see something else instead. This film is getting great reviews despite allegations from the crew that it is mainly a narcissistic recollection from the mind of a very arrogant captain.

has anyone been to see it?

We went to see this late last night and while ti starts off quite slowly it is a fantastic movie. To me it tried not to be too judgmental and mentioned both sides of the story where the Somali fishermen were being put out of business by large trawlers and under control of vicious leaders. Tom Hanks played the part of the captin magnificently.

This one is well worth a visit to the cinema for.

It is a film that I would not mind seeing but I am not a great fan of Tom Hanks.
