Andy Quinn
Did anyone watch Micheal Maicntye's big show tonight...is so you will have seen Andy Quinn being set up thinking he was there to do a talk about fire fighting. Little did he know that his wife had had contacted the show asking if her husband could for fill his dream of singing on the stage. Omg....what a sensational voice he had....singing 'bring him home' he got a much deserved standing ovation and l would guess a future as the next Valjean in Les Miserables if Andrew gets to hear about him.
I've had a look on YouTube but it hasn't been posted yet but do have a listen when it dose get posted.....It was one of the best renditions l have ever heard.

Re: Andy Quinn
I saw the end of the show and agree what a fantastic voice he had - don't mind admitting I cried - that song always does it for me. I think he was overwhelmed by it all but what a performer.Onelife wrote:Did anyone watch Micheal Maicntye's big show tonight...is so you will have seen Andy Quinn being set up thinking he was there to do a talk about fire fighting. Didn't see it so cannot yet comment Keefie, other than to say that the lad needs to impress Cameron Mackintosh not Lord Lloyd Webber.Onelife wrote:Did anyone watch Micheal Maicntye's big show tonight...is so you will have seen Andy Quinn being set up thinking he was there to do a talk about fire fighting. Re: Andy Quinn
He really did belt that song out and I wouldn't be surprised to see him perform on a cruise line in the future. I think the show is edited though because not many people could go on stage and perform without a rehearsal.
Same goes for the celebrity mobile phone scene, if it were live there would be a certain amount of WTF texts coming back.
It still makes me laugh though.

Totally agree about McIntyre and wouldn't normally watch his show because we can't stand him but so pleased we did last night because that singer was wonderful singing Bring Him Home - that song always makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.oldbluefox wrote:Got to agree. Its times like this when I wish I hadn't put gagging orders on the lovely ladies of this forum. However, as much as you would like to ladies, I would ask that you refrain from entering into any conversation with our resident naysayers....Just remember you are the fortunate ones, there are many out there who are still waiting for theirs
Thank you

Ah, well, something else that's passed me by. I sometimes wonder whether I am out of touch with the 21st Century ?! I don't find any of these so-called "comedians" in the slightest bit funny

He was brilliant, the best that's been on so far. Then we turned over to watch a bit of X Factor and saw Honey G. Enough said. How on earth those so-called 'judges' can keep saying how brilliant she is, is beyond belief. That's showbiz...

]Hi keechy.....l've stopped watching this X factor tripe mainly due to the likes of Honey Cr*p turning the show into a farce. I did read that she went through again last night (with the help of Louise Walsh voting her through ) which only makes me think that the voting figures are so small that it only takes a few morons to get her through.
Regards
