Did a bit more packing today, looking at the corner of my lounge and wondering how its all going to fit into 2 suitcases. Also did some stocking up on essentials, never mind the kitchen sink, its pretty much a full ward in my first aid kit! :)

Fourteen days from now, we'll be be deciding whether to stand on the Promenade Deck or the balcony at the front of the Lido Deck, to watch the comings and goings on the dockside :D

I'm not a betting man, Hanson, but I'd bet my 84-year old mother is more excited that your daughter!

Sorry to hear you've not been well, cruiselover, I hope you are fully recovered now.

Is there any truth in the rumour that I'm starting that you're buying the first round?

Well, it's the start of the final countdown! In seven days' time, we'll be sitting in my mum's lounge waiting for the taxi to arrive, to take us to the docks. The excitement is starting to intensify!

Make sure your Stugeron or whatever is handy - the Channel and BoB look like they could be quite rough over the weekend.

No more work! And I got my rota for when we get back next week, I'm not in 'til the Thursday! Need to get things in cases now, instead of spread across the lounge. So excited! :D
