What does this mean?

Just received this as part of an upgrade.
"You've chosen to receive on board spending money, plus we're giving you FreeSpending Money ". Can someone tell me what this "plus FreeSpending Money" is?

It's an additional OBC cos you booked while that particular offer was ' on ' .... is my guess.

Thank you. When do I find out how much? I was only upgraded a few cabins along from our original booking which I did not really want but not worth the hassle of trying to change back but any extra OBC must be good!!

When did you book? There was recently a time-limited deal which was offering extra spend on-board.

Cannot remember when we booked but it was quite a few weeks ago - possibly mid-September. I will probably call them tomorrow to find out.

You will get a revised P&O invoice showing your new OBC. It will be sent via your travel agent.
