N532 Canaries & back

#1

Post by melsea »

Hello good people on here.

We are sailing on Ventura in Oct/Nov to the Canaries and this ship will be another first for us, never sailed on her.
What's she like as it will be a somewhat larger ship than we are used to.

Melsea, there are quite a few reviews on here which should give you all the info you need. We have sailed both Ventura and Azura and quite like this class, but we look at it for its wheelchair friendliness more than anything else. The main thing to know about these ships is that deck 7, promenade, and Lido deck are the only public decks where you can go all the way from stem to stern.
Service, food and to a degree entertainment do vary from ship to ship along with the management staff and its a few years since we last sailed Ventura, but we are due to sail to the Caribbean and back on her in 2017, so we will be interested to read your report on her to see what you think of the food and service especially.

Hiya we are on this cruise as well. Booked a month or so ago.

We've been on her 3 times before so must be OK or we wouldn't be going back on.
