I see this cruise is now sold out according to P&O website can't be be many members of this site going though as only two of us have posted on here.

We are doing this cruise but next March. Love to hear what it was like when you return. We've been to Lisbon plenty of times and I've had a land holiday on Lanzarote but other than that we've not been to any of the other ports. Incidentally I think, in the past, Lanzarote has had an undeserved bad press. I was amazed at the landscape - some areas are like it must be on the moon. The places that were designed by Caesar Manrique are amazing and Lanzarote has strict building rules - no advertising hoardings and no buildings higher than, I think, three storeys including the ground floor.

If you look at Peter D's port reports Carole you may find something that tickles your fancy

In Lanzarote we visited Marrique's house on a P&O tour along with a few other places.
We found it very interesting and it was a good day out.
Empty vessels .. and all that

Yes I agree about Manrique's house - absolutely amazing. I'll have a look at Peter D's reports, thanks for the tip.
