Ventura P deck
Most regulars on here will know that due to moving home and building work, we postponed this June's cruise back to next May.
Then I spotted an excellent deal on Ventura for a mid November so decided to book as I thought we needed a break.
I booked the lowest rate outside obscured cabin with the hope of an upgrade.
We've been allocated P242. Not obscured.
After checking the deck plans, this is in a very similar position on the ship to one we once had on Oriana and loved it.
Any regulars on here who have any experience of P deck Ventura and any obvious pitfalls

Re: Ventura P deck
I reckon it's getting that way Stephen
The last time we didn't have a balcony was on a very late Oriana booking and we were allocated E deck, which turned out to be a great position.
This P deck cabin is just off the Reception with no through traffic.
It's as low as you can go without getting your feet wet.

Re: Ventura P deck
I was on P deck on Azura in May in an outside cabin - can't remember the number - same layout as Ventura - no through traffic - pretty quiet but check your deck plans again - the reception is one deck above on F deck on both ships. We dined in the Meridian restaurant - same deck so very handy and the theatre was just two decks up. Going back on Azura tomorrow - getting a cheeky little 12 nighter in before the big Christmas cruise in the Caribbean but inside cabin this time on C deck - oh how I wish it was a lovely C deck balcony which I've stayed in before but alas not this time

Show off I love the C deck balconies but couldn’t justify one on this “extra” cruise - never mind I’ve got my Christmas cruise to look forward to with a balcony in the Caribbean

Re: Ventura P deck
We were in cabin P242 on Ventura on our last cruise.
Very quiet cabin .
However, the upper foldaway berths are a mence-a few cracked heads!
Pack bubble wrap and tape.

Perhaps you are issued with free skid lids at check in.
