It's looking good for tomorrow, maybe a tad windy, but it should be warm.
Today is starting to look nice as well.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
It's been glorious out in the garden today.
Grass cut and edges strimmed. BBQ deep cleaned, mind you when first lifting the lid I could have started my own Penicillin pharmacy.
MRS S has been pruning and digging over borders and generally pottering. You would never think there was anything wrong in the world at the moment.

Steady on Jan it is Sunday
Yes another glorious day here as well. Be careful out in sun everyone, it's stronger than you think, especially with the breeze as well. The top of my roof caught it yesterday (no thatch) and I was wearing a hat allot of the time.
Our plan for today is, a bit of light gardening this morning then drinks and BBQ

My Master Plan was to power-wash the patio and paths etc but the brass connector from the outside wall to the hose line is cracked so it squirts everywhen when under pressure.
Will I be able to get a replacement …..

If you've got a good iron monger like ours Moby then yes. I had to get a new mixer tap valve a couple of days ago from the plumbing side of their business. All well organised, a chair blocking the door with plastic sheeting above that. A bell is left on the chair to ring then someone comes along in gloves and deals with you order.Manoverboard wrote: ↑05 Apr 2020, 12:53My Master Plan was to power-wash the patio and paths etc but the brass connector from the outside wall to the hose line is cracked so it squirts everywhen when under pressure.

What is this 'brass connector'? I just have a couple of taps with a hose union connector fitted on the garage.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
I think it's the brass connector that screws onto the threaded part of the outside tap. Then the hose connector on Moby's power wash hose connects to that. But I may be wrong......it has been known

Re: Last One to Post Wins
Therefore, is it leaking where it screws onto the tap, as I can not see how it can split, unless it has received a knock. f

Re: Last One to Post Wins
Our widgets on outside taps occasionally leak or get damaged if we've left them out in the frost.
