Dining companions

Post by screwy »

Ok,so let’s say we can get back on board soon.

On a table for 8, who would you like to have on your table.? Obviously this would include partners, or not as the case may be.

I would like:

Merv,Moby and OBF. for starters.

Reserves for another night:

Towny, Stephen and QB.

The list is endless, apologies if I missed you but there are more than 2 nights..lol

Sounds like a good table to me. Can we squeeze in Jan and, if we can find him, Cubie?

I'm still deciding and certainly wouldn’t want to offend anybody by not inviting them but I am presently tempted with the idea of inviting D63 for providing us with our Forum plus OBF ( as a fitness coach ) and to complete the table I would like to add ' Gill W '. I think she would be good company but if it rained the whole time we would at least have somebody to argue with and after three cautions we could throw her overboard.

As somebody once said “ I had a dream “ ... only kidding

I prefer to have a table for two with my husband.

I am introverted by nature, and my husband is even more quiet than me,

Although I'm usually ok with shared tables when required, it can be a bit of a strain carrying the conversation if the other people are on the quiet side too.

Therefore, it's more relaxing to just have a table with my husband.

Thank you for your invitation, but I'd probably decline, as large tables aren't my 'thing'

I'm not sure "squeezing" and Cubie should be in the same sentence Merv :lolno: but I'd be delighted to join you and the lovely Trish
