Squid Games

#1

Post by Kendhni »

Is anyone else watching Squid Games? Mega violent but quite addictive.
I notice schools are telling parents not to let their children watch it - which doesn't surprise me. I would be more surprised if any parent did allow young children to watch it. On the other hand is it really that much different to Cowboys & Indians or Japs & Marines that we used to play as kids?

It has been said that Squid Games has parallels with the CBBC show 'Raven' (which I have never seen).
So you may be able to pick up the childrens version on your channel choice

It seems to have a massive following Ken but as I struggle reading subtitles quickly, I’m going to give this one a miss.

On Netflix you can get the dialog in English. It is fine (think 'Water Margins' or 'Monkey' - but with less lip movement).
It is 'The Hunger Games' on speed.

Thanks Ken…we have Netflix so once my wife has finished watching “Line of Reason” we’ll give it a go, especially as we loved “Hunger Games”
