Hi all,

Thanks so much for all the contributions.

Lindsey, now I've had my booster I might go down the app route.

Stephen, that is the form that I'm having problems with - it won't let me submit the form without completing the SMS section right next to where I entered my mobile phone number. Maybe I'll try it without a mobile number.

Really not feeling any excitement about this cruise at all with all this hassle!

Michele

Just a thought. Did you put your mobile number in complete with the international code? As in 0044 etc?

Thanks for that MaureenB. It was that simple! All sorted now.

Still holding off ordering our 2-day UK PCR tests in case we don't go to Hamburg or Zeebrugge, but have downloaded luggage labels and e-tickets and completed the on-line check-in and downloaded boarding passes.

Also had the email asking our preference for New Years Eve dinner which I have replied to.

So just have to wait and see where or if we go!!

Probably too late for you, but it looks like Amazon may soon be selling the tests (expected to be about £35).

As I said have downloaded our boarding passes and even though we are in the same cabin, we have different times on our boarding passes!

Our e-tickets both say 12.15, my boarding pass says 12.15 and OHs boarding pass says 15.15!

Guess I'll just have to leave him sitting in the terminal

Michele

PS. Thanks for that Kendhni, I will keep an eye open for those.

Well folks - update: couldn't be doing with all the hooha of form filling and wondering whether we would actually calling anywhere and half expecting a lock-down after Christmas, so we have transferred our booking and are now doing a 3 night on Arcadia in May to Guernsey - alright we might still end up not calling anywhere!! We have got ourselves a suite for the price we paid for New Year plus the lovely lady I spoke to put the bit that we had left over as a FCC against our Aurora cruise in October! Bit disappointed not to be going but also relieved in a way. Just have to go out and buy some more food and booze to see us through the New Year!

A very Happy Christmas to all!!

Not forgetting some shoes just to be on the safe side :D

Going back to your cruise, I feel you’ve made the right decision Michele. If it were me I wouldn’t have felt comfortable going either.

Here we go again!
After transferring our New Year cruise on Ventura to a 3 day trip on Arcadia in May, have just been informed that our cruise (along with a few others apparently) has been cancelled!

We have been offered FCC of the full amount plus 10% against a future booking along with OBC of £50.00.

Back to the drawing board! They have offered some short break alternatives, but we might just use it against a booking for next year!

At least we have got Aurora to look forward to in September.

Unless they sell off Aurora.
All Arcadias sailings until July have been cancelled.

Have to admit Lindsey, I did think I could be jinxing it when I mentioned our September cruise - which is in fact in October! Don't know how I managed to get that wrong considering it is for a big birthday for hubby!
