Carribean Currency
I have probably asked this before
what is the currency in the Carribean, do we have to endlessly change from Dollars to XCD to Guilders etc etc
or can we just use USD $ across the board?
looking on the web there seems to be several different currancies which vary from Island to Island

Re: Carribean Currency
Virtually all of the Caribbean will accept USD - most places have items priced in both USD and local currency.
Watch your change - quite often they will give you local currency as change when you pay is USD.
The also accept "plastic" - especially in the jewellery shops

I was able to use $US for our entire cruise but did have to watch out for the Mickey Mouse money in my change.
Some of your Islands may be different to mine of course.
