I wasn't certain we would be staying with on line deliveries so that's why I just took out a 3 moth one.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
We found out many years ago that it worked out for us to have all the cans, packets 'n' bottles by delivery and we two just did a leisurely shop twice a week for the consumables.

All done. And a Christmas week delivery slot bagged. And next week's tweaked to a 1 hour window.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
It cost me a phone call to Sainsburys to find out about these only yesterday, so I though my post was quite rapid.Manoverboard wrote: ↑25 Nov 2020, 14:13You were and well done for that .... but why the hell didn't you say something earliertowny44 wrote: ↑25 Nov 2020, 14:08I am just happy to have been the catalyst.Mervyn and Trish wrote: ↑25 Nov 2020, 13:18The delivery pass decision has been approved by senior management.

I was ringing about something else, trying to find out how I ensured that the Sainsbury coupon offers on the Nectar site were correctly saved to my Sainsbury account, there's something else you might want to investigate, and anyway the Sainsbury tel no. was a Freefone one.Manoverboard wrote: ↑25 Nov 2020, 14:24A phone call .... there's a pile of info about it on the website, I knew it was there but just ignored ittowny44 wrote: ↑25 Nov 2020, 14:19It cost me a phone call to Sainsburys to find out about these only yesterday, so I though my post was quite rapid.Manoverboard wrote: ↑25 Nov 2020, 14:13

I don't bother with the Nectar aspect apart from exchanging their value for something from Argos or a box of wine from time to time. Would be interested to know how to exchange them from home rather than having to go in storetowny44 wrote: ↑25 Nov 2020, 14:30I was ringing about something else, trying to find out how I ensured that the Sainsbury coupon offers on the Nectar site were correctly saved to my Sainsbury account, there's something else you might want to investigate, and anyway the Sainsbury tel no. was a Freefone one.

You need to link your Nectar card with your Sainsburys account, then you get the opportunity to cash in your points and have the money off your bill, all as you check out.Manoverboard wrote: ↑25 Nov 2020, 14:54I don't bother with the Nectar aspect apart from exchanging their value for something from Argos or a box of wine from time to time. Re: Last One to Post Wins
Going back a few posts, I mentioned Sainsbubs have hiked the price of 1 hour slots. To get a £1 delivery I'd previously had to change to their new 4 hour slots. Now having the delivery pass I can once again use the 1 hour slots included free if I spend over £40. So I've amended next week's order.Manoverboard wrote: ↑25 Nov 2020, 14:26What does that mean, please ... all my slots have fitted into 1 hour windowsMervyn and Trish wrote: ↑25 Nov 2020, 14:16All done. Re: Last One to Post Wins
Ah, I had no idea that there were 4 hour slot options for £1 cos I always book a 10:00 > 11:00 slot regardless of costMervyn and Trish wrote: ↑25 Nov 2020, 15:52Going back a few posts, I mentioned Sainsbubs have hiked the price of 1 hour slots. We get points from the daily Wail numbers on the back that turn into Sainsbury’s cash. Checked the old Nectar account yesterday and currently have £8.75........Ooooooooow

Be careful Stephen, best not to admit to getting the Mail, the anti wailers might start hounding you.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
You keeping him talking I'll have his logs away.
Only get the Saturday Wail for the weeks TV mag. Only takes a couple of minutes to enter the numbers from the back of the paper into the Wail online 'MYMail' account. There are a few offers, competitions each week to be had and you can also transfer enough points into a M&S voucher. I've been doing it for ages. It doesn't cost nothing apart from the paper which we get each Saturday anyway, so why not.
