Suites L106 and L107 on Azura
Hello
Has anyone sailed in either L106 or L107 on Azura (or Ventura)? If so could you tell me what you thought of these cabins?
We are sailing on Azura in April and are currently in a mid-ship Superior Deluxe Balcony cabin on D deck but yesterday noticed that these two suite cabins are still available and are considering asking about upgrading to one of them as this cruise is to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We're assuming that we will feel more movement being forward rather than mid-ship, but would the larger cabin and balcony and other bits and pieces you get with a suite make up for this? Does the balcony get any sun knowing it is close to the Bridge, also is the balcony overlooked by the Bridge?
Any advice given would be much appreciated to help us make up our minds whether to spend the extra money upgrading.
Many thanks
Lynda

If they're the two suites at the front on Lido deck the the balconies are close to useless. The wind is unbelievable but even worse they are very overlooked by the viewing area on top of the bridge (someone could just reach down and take things they are that close).

We had L106 on Ventura for a weekend cruise celebration. We really liked the layout of the suite, a definite bedroom area and lounge area, loads of storage space and the balcony is large. We were sailing in beautiful weather and with family but because of the nature of the cruise we did not spend a lot of time out there however it did occur to us that steaming at full speed it could be a little breezy.
