Hey ho

Bargains are a misnomer in my experience

The effort, angst followed by the on board "how much" man who beats your bargain into a bean bag

Opt for the up front price all in companies such as Saga - there are others

and just relax and enjoy . . . the wisdom of a bleedy gert old **** from rural Darzet

A happy cruiser with not as much some - but more than most. . . happy dappy goldy cruiser

Happy hunting Sado, bargain cruise hunters

Calm seas and blue skies all the way

lubooo all

Adonia's D304 ... 12 nights to the North Cape for a partly ( hardly ) obstructed HC Balcony grade cabin for £859 ( P&O online ) sounds like a decent enough deal to me, it could go lower however ... but one we will miss out on unfortunately.
£799 as at 22nd March ... and only £669 for an inside.
Now it is a mere £649 for a balcony cabin and £549 for an inside !!!

I've not read through all these so apologies if someone else has picked this up but these 2 look very good to me

R306 Aurora Baltic 14 nts - 21 May getaway - Inside £699, Outside £769, Balcony £969
N304 Arcadia North Cape - 22 May getaway - Inside £699, Outside £749, Balcony £849.

But I'm a sucker for Northern waters anyway.

Happy Cruising

Is this where I jump up and down and write to Carol Marlow to demand a big, big upgrade now that the getaway price we paid for Aurora 21/5 was £799 for an outside - only joking! Still waiting to hear cabin allocation though. Kenmo

Just seen a bargain on Arcadia departing 8 May to Baltic. 14 nights £1199 for a SUITE.

Would love to do this but think if we booked it my boss may have something to say as we are booked on Azura 31 May for 17 nights. Thought we had got a bargain but not as good as this.

This morning, getaway deal on R306 down to £699 for outside and £899 for balcony. I really must stop looking but keep checking cruise personaliser to find out cabin allocation. When are cabin numbers on getaways usually allocated? Anyway, this is turning into a good bargain for late bookers. Booked a couple of excursions the other day and they had crept up in price by a few pounds since we first looked at them. Kenmo1

There's an amazing deal on N313Q at the moment - a 5 night cruise on Ventura to Amsterdam & St Peter Port. 3rd June 2013.

£199 inside
£229 outside
£249 balcony

Andrew and I both wish we hadn't got prior committments that week. At those prices it would almost be cheaper than staying at home!

The cruise on Adonia is available direct with P&O or other TA's and can thoroughly recommend the cruise we did it few years ago on Aurora.

I'd consider that a fantastic bargain for me even paying a 100% supplement but if its Getaway than I'm "not allowed" -

Here's another bargain on Crown Princess from Southampton to the North Cape & Spitzbergen on 29th June - £499 inside for a 14 night cruise (if only I could rearrange the date of my son's graduation!)

This looks a good deal to me at the moment, especially considering it doesn't sail until the end of August

Cunard Queen Victoria V314 14 days
Baltic 30th August 2013
Inside £899
Outside £999
Balcony £1499
Suite £2499
Queens Grill £2999

Bolsover Cruise Club

No doubt it will drop further as we get closer but P&O are lagging behind if they are hoping to catch the early bird.

J314 Arcadia 24 nights to Eastern Med 25th September 2013 now showing lower Getaway fares - they went down this morning - may well go down more but we have now booked. I must not look any more as it is only tempting fate. Have paid £1899 for an obstructed view. I think the inside was showing as £1499.
