A very good film with Denzel Washington playing the lead as a calm pilot (Whip Whitaker) who manages to save most of the lives on a stricken plane by carrying out an unorthodox manoeuvre. However the investigation finds high levels of alcohol and drugs in his system.

it is one of those movies were you know you should be totally against the pilot for his drug abuse and alcoholism .. however you are also rooting for him because of the incredible manoeuvre he pulled. The question is whether or not he can pull it together in time for the hearing.

Yes Ken agree with you, I for one was rooting for him. He is a very good actor. This movie gets my vote.
