I'm probably in a minority here, but my time on cruise ships is spent enjoying the uniqueness of the ship 'experience', not doing things I can do equally well - or even better - ashore/at home. Yes, facilities wise, Adonia has it's shortcomings compared with the larger ships - but then it can get into ports that they can't - which is the advantage with small(er) ship cruising. Unfortunately my OH says she won't go on Adonia again. She is not the best of rough weather sailors, and reckons that Adonia has the sea-keeping qualities of a cork. While that is something of an exaggeration, we have been through significantly worse weather on Oceana, and she coped much better on that occasion.
