Change of intinerary, e-mail this morning. Mykonos cancelled due to tendering issues now off to Heraklon Crete instead and Santorini has been brought forward a day due to too many ships in port.

Happy with them.

We have had that happen to us a few times, leave from one dock and return to the other. It wasn't a problem as we used the cps port parking and they move your car to the correct return dock. Another time as we had flown down the day before we just got taxis to and from the docks to the airport.

Our tickets say; leave Ocean, back Ocean. But if you check the Southampton port schedule, is says Ventura leaving from 106 which is Mayflower.

I want to know because it will dictate the route I come into Southampton docks.

Does seem strange that P&O don't know where we sail from? We will be coming in from Salisbury, not sure if it makes any difference.?

We come down the day before and stay at Premier West, on A36, just short of Southampton. If we are leaving from Mayflower then we will go in through Gate 20, Close to where M271 and A33 meet. Misses out the whole of the docks road.

Heads up. I have just got off the phone to P&O. According to the e-tickets Ventura is leaving from and coming back to Ocean. However, P&O have confirmed Ventura is leaving from Mayflower and coming back to Ocean. Not sure if they will send out new instructions or e-tickets.

Just back from the very similar A608.
It was fabulous - I'm envious of you people still to take your cruise
We did the Corinth Canal excursion. It was fabulous but make sure you take yourself something to eat or buy something at the pre-canal stop. The meal is excellent but we didn't get to it till after 4pm. The beer in the Corinth taverna, with gorgeous Greek cooking smells emanating from the kitchen but no time to eat anything was torture!

Thanks for the tip sunseeker, I will have a full English breakfast that day, any more tips? I am pleased you enjoyed the cruise and had a great time. I am looking forward to getting onboard Ventura and sitting down with the cocktail of the day, and looking forward to 17 days relaxation.
