Which deck for running?
Is it the Promenade deck that you can run/jog walk around?
OV was the top deck, and Ventura the promenade deck doesn't go all the way around to do a full lap.
What times are deemed okay for running/jogging?

On Oceana you have a promenade deck that does a full lap. The only downside for runners is that it may also be used for those playing quoites or other deck games.

Walk round the promenade deck any time you like, Emrobo, that's what it's for - the clue's in the name. Yes, there will be deck games from time to time which you may need to walk round but these should certainly not stop you walking. Times of organised games will be advertised somewhere so that you can avoid them if you wish but, despite what some players might think, this is not an instruction not to walk past.
Jogging is more difficult and not really recommended purely because of the number of people who will probably not appreciate you shouting "Out of the way, please" as you are approaching from behind.

Running is prohibited on the promenade deck at any time but is usually permitted up at the top if the ship. There are usually cabins under the prom deck and the power-walking elephants at 06:00 can be quite disturbing.
