If I remember correctly there were quite a number of bridges along the river at Rouen, we were in a riverboat so glided underneath them all and moored in a very Central location on the Left Bank. Also moored along both sides of the river were zillions of Tall Ships which were far too tall to go under the bridges ……Mervyn and Trish wrote: ↑05 Jul 2019, 13:15The good news is our little sortie is up the river to Rouen, where we moor overnight and can have a wander on foot. So I think excursions can be avoided. And I can do my nails and hair before departure so the Spa is off the list!
