Had a friend who did something very similar hers had a stay in a Lake Garda as well. Came to about £10,000 with the single supplement on Cunard. No meals included with the hotel stay in Venice or Lake Garda.
We didnt hear much about it afterwards so just wondered if the Orient Express bit didnt live up to expectations.
