I hate cruising, last year was a prime example. We were meant to have two weeks cruising around the Caribbean but half way through all the ports closed and we were left with nowhere to go. In the end we had to spend several days idly sitting off Barbados basking in sunshine with waiters providing cocktails and drinks (while those back home enjoyed rain and panic buying). The paltry food rations were limited to what was available in the main dining rooms, The Beach Hut, The Buffet, Sindhus, Epicurean, Pizzeria, Grab'n'Go and ice cream bar - I was fading away to nothing. Then we found out that there were plenty of toilet rolls (so my stock piling of face cloths became unnecessary) - the indignity of it!!

In the end to add insult to injury you gave us half our money back
