Is Spain Starting to Ease Restrictions
With the move by Spain to allow teenagers with a negative PCR test into the country (just in time for the half term break!!) could this be the start of the easing of their restrictions, especially the disembarking of passengers testing positive, or in close contact, from cruise ships?
Or is this just wishful thinking???

Like the UK I am not convinced that some of these decisions are being taken based on scientific evidence. Every country, including the UK, will have its reasons for removing lockdown and I am guessing Spain is being driven in the hope that they do not lose another holiday season.
How it affects cruising will be interesting to watch.

Cruising relates to Ports and places of interest nearby, the hinterland may adopt ' Regional Rules '.

Maybe cynical but I am with Ken. Hoteliers in the Canaries and on the Costas create a stink about them losing millions of euros because if the Spanish restrictions and low and behold almost overnight the restrictions are lifted in time for half term. Mmmm….

I’d already posted on the General forum.
The tourists £ wins the day.
We have hotelier friends in Malta who are on their knees.
Malta is still not allowing unvaccinated over 12s.
If that’s not lifted by spring, they are in trouble.
