I live in a fairly small village. A couple of acquaintances always say things like "Didn't see you in church on Sunday?" Well they wouldn't cos I don't do church except Remembrance Sunday and possibly Christmas Eve if I'm in the mood.

A couple of these regular churchgoers are among the bitchiest people I know. Now how can they profess to be good Christians and be so nasty to other folk is beyond my comprehension. Another couple are lovely people and I am privileged to know them.

So there are good and bad even in those who purport to be Christians.
