It's been a brilliant show so far. Whoever gets voted off really won't deserve it.
I think Anton's hair looks ridiculous.

I know which two donkeys should be in the dance off.
Helen's my favourite. And Amy.

Re: Strictly 2022
Big well done to makeup for keeping Motsi’s teacakes in her hair.
Some sensational dances tonight, Molly, Hamza and fleur topping the bill with Hamza taking home the teacakes.
My tip Kym looks to have secured her place in next week’s show.
Bottom two, either of the Ellie’s plus Matt
So, it’s hello to Matt and goodbye Ellie T

Do we have to go for the sympathy vote - I counted at least three!

I give a sympathy vote for Will who has been brilliant up to now but very unwell this week.david63 wrote: 15 Oct 2022, 21:34Do we have to go for the sympathy vote - I counted at least three!

Re: Strictly 2022
You always get the sympathy stories emerging around week 3/4…I love the one where a contestant who now drives a Porsche 911 (can’t remember his name) took his 87-year-old grandma for a stroll up Ben Nevis and came back without her….how sad is that?david63 wrote: 15 Oct 2022, 21:34Do we have to go for the sympathy vote - I counted at least three!

Re: Strictly 2022
As my wife hasn’t as yet had time to place my Strictly tenner on Kym, I have decided to revert to my original choice of ‘Hamza’ to lift the trophy.
No doubt Sir Merv and Foxy will be agreeing with me shortly…they struggle to make their minds up, you know.

Hamza is certainly up there among the runners and riders.
Anybody know what happened to Richie?

Ritchie who was my favourite has had to withdraw due to the fact that he was far to good for the others and the BBC want a competition as well as entertainment

The last I heard was that he tried out one of his routines in a public toilet and got arrested....as a result an unnamed person is still recovering in hospital.Mervyn and Trish wrote: 16 Oct 2022, 16:22Hamza is certainly up there among the runners and riders.

Re: Strictly 2022
Very noble. To be fair I didn't expect him to be in the dance off last week. But of the two that were he was the worst. And he was never going to make the final. On the plus side now he doesn't have to do all that training perhaps he'll have time to return your callsBensham33 wrote: 16 Oct 2022, 16:42Ritchie who was my favourite has had to withdraw due to the fact that he was far to good for the others and the BBC want a competition as well as entertainment

I felt really sorry for Matt especially as me and hi share a lot of the same qualities e.g., Gentleman and a blubbering softie.
How Kym found herself in the bottom two is beyond me…. doesn’t bode well for her chances of going much further.

Re: Strictly 2022
A very reasonable outcome for me. It should have been Tony rather than Kym in the dance off but Matt has been rubbish.

I’m already studying the form Foxy, in fact I tried to look up the form of your top selection then realised you hadn’t made oneoldbluefox wrote: 16 Oct 2022, 21:59Back to the Racing Post for a lowdown on the fillies OL.Onelife wrote: 16 Oct 2022, 20:45I felt really sorry for Matt especially as me and hi share a lot of the same qualities e.g., Gentleman and a blubbering softie.![]()

Richie then Kym. Does that mean you're non binary? Is your favourite band AC/DC?

I'm neither I just enjoy Strictly. Do you have to work at being homophobic or does it come naturally?

Any offence caused would have been a totally innocent mistake on Merv's part.Bensham33 wrote: 17 Oct 2022, 13:25I'm neither I just enjoy Strictly. Do you have to work at being homophobic or does it come naturally?

I think a more definitive solution would be to let them fight it out and see who comes out on topManoverboard wrote: 17 Oct 2022, 14:03Any offence caused would have been a totally innocent mistake on Merv's part.Bensham33 wrote: 17 Oct 2022, 13:25I'm neither I just enjoy Strictly.
