Had a leaking milk bottle which flooded the fridge, the floor beneath and most of the rest of the kitchen ! 3rd one in 6 months. Just been to complain to Mr Waitrose (in true Goldie fashion). He gave me a fiver to keep me quiet (which didn't work) so they are sending the latest bottle back to head office for testing (and hopefully massive compo). It's ruined my life !

Just got back 9GB of missing hard drive space by first removing all but the last system restore points and then using CCleaner (free version) :thumbup:

I've just had a cheque for nearly a grand from Shell following the sale of BG. Mrs C didn't see it come....now, what can I do with it ?!

Got me thinking so I did a bit of research on t'internet.

It seems the saying originated in the East Midlands but no one really agrees who Bill was.

My favourite is the theory that as the weather came from predominantly from the south west, they were referring to Will Shakespeare's mother "down south" in Stratford upon Avon

My wife used to go out with a chap called Bill....funny thing is l used to play for the same football team as him but didn't know they had dated till years later.....nothing like passing the ball around hey!
