You know for sure we're paying?
Although of course if he's the wonderful chap you think he is, as an advocate for reducing climate change he'll insist on a seat in economy on a commercial flight. Or does he just think such sacrifice is for us plebs?

Directly or indirectly we always pay the bills…one would hope of course daddy might cough up the fare from his dodgy dealings in off shore accounts.Mervyn and Trish wrote: 12 Apr 2023, 20:45You know for sure we're paying?

The option of economy travel might have been an option had it not been for the hysteria the firm has dished out...it only takes one rogue forum member to take thing into their own hands and Megs could be looking for a new husband.
I’ll put my wife on notice

Re: Current Affairs 2023
I had a drink with my daughter last night and that's pretty much what she said when H&M were mentioned. And she is very tuned into the signs having been the victim of a selfish schemer herself. She gives it 3 years max.
We both had the same thoughts on Meghan. When we first saw her we both thought she was a breath of fresh air. We both started to see through her at the same time too. Neither of us had registered her skin colour or that she was mixed race and just thought of her as an attractive young woman, until she played the race card.

It does surprise me that Onelife, who is generally so astute in his perception of most people, has been totally blindsided by Meghan. I guess he must have developed such a big crush on her that he can only see her through his lovelorn tinted glasses.

Rumour has it Onelife is offering to put Harry up and drive him down on the day. That’ll put the chickens beaks out.

Re: Current Affairs 2023
So, Meghan only speaks to her own mother in her side of the family.
Now she doesn’t speak to or see anyone on her husband’s side of the family.
Anyone else spot a pattern here?
Of course …….. it’s everyone else !

The happiest times for little children can be when they share time with their Grandparent(s), so important for their development but hey ho she thinks it best to deprive them.Onelife wrote: 12 Apr 2023, 17:09I prefer to think of it as good parenting…their children look so happy which Meg’s must take a lot of credit for.Manoverboard wrote: 12 Apr 2023, 16:11Perhaps they can't afford baby sitters or could it be that she realises that she wouldn't be welcome.![]()

I love to see them so happy together….don’t you?
Comes down to spite in my book, the little ones will doubtless be manipulated just like poor old Harry.
Keep smiling, it's good for your well being

Ok’ lets start with John, you are correct John in that I am a very astute person when it comes to personal profiling, indeed it has been said that I can spot a liar at fifty paces, although this is still to be proven. I always think there are two types of liars, one of which is the evasive liar who does so for a number of reasons but generally self-preservation… the other is a compulsive liar who does so to suit their own personal agendas… with this in mind I would put the lovely Meghan in the evasive category and Charles Camilla, Andrew and William in the other.

But by your own admission that you cannot spot a liar at 50 paces how do you arrive at that conclusion?Onelife wrote: 13 Apr 2023, 09:31I would put the lovely Meghan in the evasive category and Charles Camilla, Andrew and William in the other.

Good morning, Sir Merv, our correspondence will have to be put on the back burner today as I’ve more important things to do than talk about pantomimes…I’ll be backing “winged Leader”, and “Lough Dreg Spirt” in the 4.05
I agree with you in that Meghan was a breath of fresh air to the Monarchy and had she not been so popular with her adoring fans she still might have been, however, her intellect, independence and beauty (showgirl as defined by some in the royal household) were always going to be her downfall…there was never going to be another “Queen of Hearts”…so the firm did what they always do….that being said, I do like Kate, I just wish she could find the courage to do what your daughter did, and on that note, I really hope your daughter has found happiness in her life.

Hi Mob, I’ve always respected you for your good judgment but to even suggest that you would allow any grandchild within 50 paces of those grandparents then I have to say I think you are losing it.Manoverboard wrote: 13 Apr 2023, 09:16The happiest times for little children can be when they share time with their Grandparent(s), so important for their development but hey ho she thinks it best to deprive them.Onelife wrote: 12 Apr 2023, 17:09I prefer to think of it as good parenting…their children look so happy which Meg’s must take a lot of credit for.Manoverboard wrote: 12 Apr 2023, 16:11Perhaps they can't afford baby sitters or could it be that she realises that she wouldn't be welcome.![]()
