Well that may be true Maureen, but they are all safely in the cake tins at present.

Just heard that there are no tea pots in this hall we are going to; one more thing to remember tomorrow. Then there are prizes, and tomorrow morning Sue and I are making 12 rounds of salmn sandwiches, and 12 rounds of egg and cress. Its all go here.

As a further blow out since we are pushed for time tomorrow we are going to have a pizza when we get home, putting prawns, anchovies, and tuna on mozzerella and tomato. I will not be reporting my weight on Sunday morning.

I think you are fighting a losing battle, Frank - you might as well give up now.

I was pretty chuffed that, after my two week cruise, I only put on 3lbs which is amazing for me. I did go easy though - only two slices of jam rolypoly instead of three and rice (and chips) with my curry instead of just chips. I also held back on my morning fry ups and had croissants instead.

However having only just got used to eating again I am back on the diet ready for my next cruise.
I was taught to be cautious

Hi all,
Managed to lose 4 1/2 lb first week back. That's the excess fluid gone now got to work on the rolls of FAT.

Good a Luck to all weighing in today. Could do with some inspiration as out for Sunday Lunch today.

I had a 'double cone Purbeck chocoholic' last week. Delicious. Ice cream would be my downfall if I let it.

I'm drooling at the thought of that cone, Frank!

Ah well, a walk to church and a session on the drums will help work off a few ounces in a few minutes

Did you get the 'YES' vote from the good lady before being allowed to put that rubbish down your neck

Not surprised Keith that you lost weight after eating a McDonalds. All that mad cow bacteria is slowly eating your insides away. Not that I'm trying to make you feel bad of course

This is my first post on this forum and what better place to start than on a diet topic.

After such a weekend of up and down emotions following the Scottish Referendum it was good to relax last night, after a night out in Govan, with a poke of “Deep Fried Mars Bars, Vinegar Peas and Chips” washed down with a bottle of “Buckfast”. It reminded me of my first P&O cruise. Viva la P&O ships with their grill bars selling “Fish and Chips”!!

Well I have to now admit that by following a bit of helpful guidance I have survived the dreaded hog roast - and gained no weight.

Where have all the dieters gone. It's only 12 weeks till Christmas.

I have lost 2.5 lbs this week. I was hoping for more but then I always do.
