You would be better parking up on Stephen's drive OL, he can then hook you up to the neighbors electricity.

Thanks Ray, but I would rather forgo the cheap electricity, in preference to keeping the wheels on the cruiser…you need a police escort when entering his neck of the woods

I can’t say I’ve noticed the caring side of things but I’ll soon be putting that to the test when I park my new 30-foot motor home outside your front drive  :D
You'll have a job, the roads are far too narrow for one of those

I'm sure I can find room in the skip for it, once I've had a go at it with my chain saw. You can keep the steering wheel to get you home :)

Thanks for the heads up about the narrow roads Mob, I’ll let my mates know as they’ve been looking for somewhere nice and quite to off load some garden waste they’ve been collecting…actually thinking about it, I’ll redirect them to Stephen’s as he has a skip that needs filling

I hope the reports that Russia is pulling some troops back from the Ukrainian border are true ... for everyone's sake!

Strangely Ken I never thought it would lead to war, rather similar to the Cuba incident back in the 60s, I thought the same then, it was just the media whipping up a frenzy, with poliicians trying to sound tough.

I'm not sure I agree with your media assessment. More likely Russia testing the water to see how far they can push things. I hope they do.pull back but not counting any chickens. Not even my Chicken Kiev!

I think you could be right Merv.

I watched the recent series of ‘Warship’ and the Russians were pushing their weight around then to see how far they could go before the Royal Navy got involved and they backed off.

Let’s hope they are just flexing their muscles with Ukraine.

Does anyone actually believe this Russian skater accidentally too her Grandfather's meds? Wouldn't an elite athlete be more careful whose pills they were popping?

I know we all have to make a living, well those that aren’t retired , but are window cleaners taking the p*ss.?

There are 2 storms going to hit in the next few days and our window cleaner came this morning while we were out. What a waste of time that will be.

I’m undecided who I dislike more but Boris just edges it on this occasion

No contest. Berrcow has been a detestable little worm under several PMs and was a major contributor to the circumstances that got Boris elected.

Or in his case, to suit his shortarsedness, a tiny little cuticle scraper.

Revolting little creep is only bitter because Boris refused to follow tradition and promote him to the House of Lords. Must be the worst and most biased Speaker we have ever had. Odious little man.

He should have taken a leaf out of Betty's book. Now there was a Speaker who earned respect.

I doubt if you could squeeze a cigarette paper between the two in relation to odiosity (or should that be odiocity?)
