Pussy update:

Back to the vet for a check-up last night and his ear infection seems to have cleared up. He has had no fits for 2 weeks and is almost back to normal (whatever that is for a cat !!). They are keeping him on the daily steroids and anti-epilepsy medication but otherwise he is cleared to resume terrorising the neighbours' dogs !

He has to have a blood test in a few weeks to check all is well but for now......we have our pussy back !

Good news

I suppose by now that's passed? The happiness I meant. Not the coffee. :sarcasm:

You've got a job as a pheasant plucker then, or just as his/her mate?

Out to lunch today to celebrate my best friend's 70th birthday - we have known each other for 65 years and our friendship has pulled us both through some tough times in our lives :D

With such a nice day forecast I think I will need to recover the felt on the shed apex, lost in the winter gales, before the roof rots away completely.

Have just got home after a nice trip to Loch Leven. The weather is lovely today so a day out was called for and our dog loved it, getting a good run around after her ball!
