BBC reporting that Wagner boss Prigozhin on the passenger list of a plane which has crashed in Russia. Of course it will have been a total accident won't it? Or has he been bumped off.......... (perish the thought!!!)

Re: Current Affairs 2023
Maybe not, if there was then Putin and all his acolytes would have also been on the plane.Onelife wrote: 23 Aug 2023, 19:57I don’t know Foxy but it appears there is a GOD after all.oldbluefox wrote: 23 Aug 2023, 19:09BBC reporting that Wagner boss Prigozhin on the passenger list of a plane which has crashed in Russia. Re: Current Affairs 2023
We can but hope. It all depends on the reaction from Prigohzin's band of criminals and mercenaries who bear little allegiance to Putin or even to Russia for that matter. I believe there are plenty in Russia who would like to see the back of Putin.

I can’t imagine Prigozhin won’t have seen this as a possibility therefore I think it very likely that there will be a score to settle with Putin…watch this space.

Heard on the news that Labour are saying that it is the Government's fault that GCSE grades are down - now correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the grades related to the exams that were taken by the pupils?

The government is to be blamed for everything or so it seems.
Failure is all part of life, if a student did not do well, get over it. It's not the end of the world, try to retake the exam again, or just blame the government.

The Tories are allowing liberal left wing lawyers aided by various refugee groups advising how to get around the law to run rings around them. Little wonder some of the asylum claims are taking so long when claimants are getting advice on obstructing the process. About time we took a firmer stance and shipped a few out.

If we were to put all the human rights lawyers on the same plane to Rwanda as the illegal migrants, then Rishi would probably meet his target.oldbluefox wrote: 25 Aug 2023, 20:18The Tories are allowing liberal left wing lawyers aided by various refugee groups advising how to get around the law to run rings around them. I thought her final swan song contained more truths than her previous ramblings about Boris.

He was certainly laying into Putin in this morning's Mail, I suspect he will no no longer be on Putins Xmas card list.
