A mail client is the application that you use to download and manage your e-mail.

I guess your referring to Outlook. I use Gmail which also monitors email from my other account.

What do you mean by 'integrated', David? The integration is done by the operating system these days.

Now in the throes of getting shut of the old Dell Dimensions 5000. It transpires that it would have been 9 years old this March. It cost a massive £636 but included a monitor and speaker which are still going. I am about to remove the hard drive before putting it out for the Council to collect

What do you mean by 'integrated', David? The integration is done by the operating system these days.
By integrated I mean as part of the suite as not all mail clients will always work seamlessly with other applications
