Enjoy DK, if your gym has them give the Vipers a go and also the power plates which are brilliant for toning up the abs and for using at the end of your workout for stretching and massaging your weary bits n bobs

Don't do gym - horrible. Do walk my dogs twice a day. Also am volunteer coastguard which entails a mile walk up a very steep hill. Keeps me trim, don't have to do anything else.

It's a cardio machine bit like a cross trainer except there are no handlebars, rather than a running type action as per the cross trainer you push the pedals out to the side. Great workout for the butt and the lurrrve handles

I'm with you Lioness - I walk my energetic dogs twice a day and love every minute of it - even when the weather is not so good, I still like to get out in the fresh air. That's why, when I am cruising, you will find me early in the mornings doing several laps around the promenade deck before breakfast.
