Re: Top 5 names for our new puppy
Thought I would update on our pup.
Sadly the mum had to have an emergency operation and they were only able to save two girl puppies. We had wanted a boy dog.
However the other mum has since successfully had her litter and our pup is is great shape.
He is currently three weeks old so it will be another few weeks before he comes home to us.
Top five names still
Monty
Nelson
Barney
Zoltan
Rufus
He may come to us Christmas week, busy ordering a dog bed and food etc..

Perhaps you should wait and see what the dog looks like before making any decisions, quite often the nature of the dog can often give a good pointer to what to call it?
I'm sure you will but just in case do make sure he gets to go to training classes when he is old enough ....The reason l say this is that l have seen far to may dogs having ended up being called 'little sod' due to them not having received appropriate dog training.
Exciting times
Regards
Keith

'Little bas*ard' can be a good name as it chews everything in sightOnelife wrote:Perhaps you should wait and see what the dog looks like before making any decisions, quite often the nature of the dog can often give a good pointer to what to call it?

I'm sticking with 'Flint' but for a couple of alternatives how about 'Tatty' (tats) or 'Jute' ?
