I meant, of course, Welshie and her family, but you've skinned and butchered the bunnies ready for the freezer, we'll take a few off your hands!

Re: Christmas Recipes
I'm hoping there's only four on our table Cubie, we ask for a table of four because I think the extra time it takes to satisfy my food allergy would cause a bit of disruption to a table of eight.qbman1 wrote:There'll be 1,928 round at ours for Christmas dinner this year !!Ray B wrote:last year we had 14 for Christmas day, as an alternative to the traditional Christmas pudding, my better half did Charlotte Royale from James Martin. looked a treat on the table, it all went.
We do like the larger tables at lunchtime though because you meet new people everyday and I have only ordered two courses the night before so it causes no problems.
Back on subject, Brussel Sprouts ? I am not a big fan but we microwave them for one minute then saute them with bacon lardons with a little rapeseed oil and butter, delicious.

Re: Christmas Recipes
You could try stuffing a pidgeon with it or one of Cubie's rabbits.Onelife wrote:Can anyone tell me how to turn belly draft of pork into a nice Christmas dinner....and if any of you can spare a few vegetables they would be very much appreciated
