Re: 2019 Calendar.
We got one delivered to our address about three weeks ago.....but we haven’t received one with our name on...yet!
I think it’s quite good...doesn’t feel like an advert for a cooking demo. Must admit I like simple with ships on...preferably old ships.
Now for 2020’s calendar, how about W.W.Lloyd ‘P&O Pencillings’, which used to adorn the MDR lunchtime menus?

No we still haven't received ours. I did query it on Monday but was told they were being sent out in batches and if we still hadn't received it in two weeks to contact them and they'd send another one out - two weeks? It'll be the New Year by then!

Anyone received the lusive can!ended since Christmas.
I'm still waiting. Can't decide if it's worth chasing up, it's not the actual calender but the old chestnut of the principle of the thing.
About to have an argument with British Gas as well our home are package has been increased by £149 this year.

I didn’t get one either Lindsey. I’ve only spent getting on for 500 nights on board over the last 20 years. So much for loyalty!

Re: 2019 Calendar.
I messaged PO on Facebook on 16/12/18 and was advised that they are sent out in batches and if one wasn't received within a week then to contact them again with name/full address/ Peninsular number because of date protection. I messaged again on 28/12/18 to say still not arrived and provided all the necessary details. Someone called Emily responded to that particular message and said she would send one out but it would possibly take 7 to 10 days. It arrived yesterday, 3/1/19, in a huge envelope. I didn't get a Christmas Card with it (too late anyway) but she had printed a lovely Christmassy picture on a piece of A4 saying Merry Christmas and Happy New Year with a note underneath saying 'love from Emily at PO Cruises.'Whynd1 wrote: 04 Jan 2019, 14:45Can't decide if it's worth chasing up, it's not the actual calender but the old chestnut of the principle of the thing.
I got more pleasure out of that lovely little message than from the calendar. What a nice thing to do and and what a credit to PO Customer Services. Perhaps I need to get a life but I happily spent an hour yesterday filling out the calendar with a smile on my face because of that nice little touch from Emily. I find it useful to use Messenger on Facebook with a query as you do get a very quick reply. So well done Emily and P&O. Maureen

That was a nice gesture.
I haven't received a calendar this year, and I'm not going to chase them. I use a desk diary, so I rarely looked at the calendar anyway. (Although it was nice to have)

I have not received mine either and I am also Baltic level. I shan't bother chasing it up but I agree with Lindsay it is to do with the principal of the thing. I hope it doesn't mean I have dropped off their radar for things like the Moments magazine. Also, for the first year I didn't get a birthday card either!

Re: 2019 Calendar.
Very productive phone conversation with British Gas re the massive price increase in our home care package. They were proposing to hike it by £149. Rang through and explained previous year only £50 increase etc, she said oh you have never had a discount I will see what I can do. Well I thought she would come back with under £50 off, but no she said the price would remain at last years so no increase whatsoever. Whilst I am obviously very pleased with this turn of events it strikes me its like the insurance companies they send you a renewal with a big price increase and when you ring through nd query it they drop it.
Its sharp practice isn't it.

Re: 2019 Calendar.
There appear to be a new lot of calendars being sent out. We didn't get ours before New Year. Towards the end of December I phoned the Loyalty people who profusely apologised and said they'd get one sent out. By January still no calendar. We then happened to see a friend who lives in our village and works for P&O so asked him what was going on. He said he thought it was something to do with the publishers. Anyway that evening a calendar popped through our letterbox from him, so we had our calendar. Then about 10 days ago another one arrived, I assume from the Loyalty people. So two calendars. Then this morning - another one with a note apologising and saying "Unfortunately a small batch of guests were missed off the original dispatch list, we would like to assure you that these issues have been investigated and now resolved and we can only apologise for any inconvenience this delay may have caused." So we now have three calendars! And eventually P&O managed it before February - just!
On another subject - sorry David. Messages on Facebook from a cruising magazine saying P&O are re-introducing the drinks package - anyone heard this, apparently the same price as before?
