Joking aside.

Foxy and I cannot fix software related problems, nor can D63 in some cases. Added to that D63 cannot possibly be logged on 24/7 but his trained eye will generally pick up on a Topic raised as a ' Forum Problem ', I sent a belated PM in case he had missed it and purely by coincidence it became a non problem shortly afterwards.

Such problems are rare and we all need to accept that delays may arise regarding their resolution.
