Just to update any interested posters, HSBC promptly replied to my message saying that yes their latest upgrade was causing problems for some customers, but they hoped to remedy this with their next upgrade. However the problem seems to have been resolved already so that was quick. GillD46, I think the compulsory change they referred to is the withdrawal of the ability to still gain access by using password only, this is being withdrawn, but the Secure Key fob will remain, as of course will the new smart phone access.towny44 wrote: 15 Aug 2019, 15:35I have now messaged them but since I can access their site on the tablet using the chrome browser, then I doubt the problem is at their end. I imagine they have made some software changes which certain customer's configurations have resulted in problems, I guess it shouldn't happen but we all know it does.

Ahh, my mistake thank you. I use the Digital Secure Key to access anyway.
