Waiting to watch the budget, wish some one would put a water cannon on the handful of remainers making a bl**dy awful noise.
And I wish you'd stop making snippy remarks about Remainers
But … they queued for position to wave their EU flags simply to draw attention to themselves …. pathetic I thought and a reminder of the rent a mob / ban the bomb etc days. They did themselves no favours as far as I was concerned.

Just curious - What age is everyone who posts on this thread?

I am not actually expecting answers - and if you asked me I probably wouldn't tell.
Hi Princess

65, but with the looks and body of a 40 year old........well that's what Stephen told me

Not sure if you were watching the same broadcast as me Mob but the Bennifit claimer stood right behind the lady being interviewed which obscured his placard....that was really pathetic.

Want to hear something scary this Halloween?
Today we’re closer to Brexit than we are to the 3rd June (which feels like a few weeks ago).
Those negotiating on our behalf still have no deal, no plan and no clue.

It's not so long ago you were telling us Brexit would not happen, there would be another referendum and such was the support for Remain they would win.
Your cruise reports have more credibility. :lolno:

The IMF forecast Brexit armageddon if the UK votes to leave the EU

https://www.theguardian.com/business/20 ... referendum

The only problem was, none of it happened

'The UK will fall into recession in 2017'
'Brexit would spark a stock market crash'
'Brexit will spark a collapse of house prices'
“While recognising that this choice is for UK voters to make and that their decisions will reflect both economic and non-economic factors, directors agreed that the net economic effects of leaving the EU would likely be negative and substantial,”

Now, Standard & Poor credit reference agency are coming out with exactly the same rubbish.
Who was is who said that economists only exist to make astrologers look good.

Larry the Downing Street cat tells it straight, and is the voice of reason in politics. But as you don't do Twitter, you'll never know.

Google does not seem to know his ghost writer (well it's Halloween after all) but I suspect it will be an extreme left wing remainer, so definitely not the voice of reason.

Are you natrurally tiresome or do you have to work at it.

I recall you saying recently that Brexit will not happen followed by a posting the next day warning of the terrible consequences if it does , so even you can be inconsistent

Not inconsistent at all John, if my suspicions about Larry's ghost writer are correct, then it would definitely not be the voice of reason. Probably a bit too intellectual for poor Jack to comprehend, you need to be a Mail reader to appreciate the subtle nuance.

That obviously wasn't in the context of the same sentence though, was it?

I do find it amusing how you guys have to trash the reputation of any sources/opinions that do not coincide with your Brexity dream.
It's almost as if you know that your belief system is wrong.
