Just finished watching Watford who were well worth their three points against a very lacklustre Liverpool. Hopefully 'Pool will put in a similar performance on Boxing Day when we play them.
Well done Watford.

Three / four teams due for relegation ... Watford, Bournemouth, Norwich and Leicester all got 3 points on the first games of the Festive period.

ps ... Liverpool were ' made ' to look poor, apart from a 10 minute period they were totally outplayed .... Heir KLUMP has a lot of work to do.

pps .... well done Barney, do Millwall fans still pee on you as you walk beneath the bridge to exit the ground ?

Not that I noticed Moby
come to think of it, it was drizzling lightly

To be fair, the police kept us back for quite a while after the game and the Millwall had long gone by then.
Head in hands and in shame of the trouncing we gave them.

Big club my a*se

You could get relegated yet! You need to get shut of that useless Vardy too. He hasn't scored for ages.

I'm starting to get twitchy- we're still two points short of our relegation target. And we've got Man City on Tuesday. I suppose they will choose the occasion to come good after some lacklustre appointments.
Vary is on four bookings so don't be surprised if he doesn't pick up his fifth on Tuesday so as to miss the Cup match but then have a clear slate for the league. Or am I just being cynical?
I see Huddersfield won........

A well deserved point at QPR for us today, according to radio Leeds.

Another win for the Terriers that's 7 points out of 9 over the festive season, if they keep up this pace we end up in the top half of the table soon.

An interesting period, I didn't expect too many points, but we ...

Beat Liverpool 3:0
Drew 2:2 with Chelsea, their equaliser was offside
Lost 1:2 against Spurs, their winner was also offside
Lost 1:2 to Manchester City, no surprises there.

At the half way stage we had lost seven times, to the top seven teams in the league ... we were 8th.

I'll settle for that

We should have won yesterday but my lot looked leg weary and Bournemouth defended well. Now we have our 40 points we'll see what Mr Ranieri has up his sleeve in the transfer market.
Second in the Prem? I can't complain with that and it's good to see so many 'unfashionable ' teams who have not spent mega bucks doing so well.

Hey Foxy,

Have you heard any more about Ben Chilwell? To say that I have been impressed with him is a massive understatement. To play with the assurance that he does, at age 19, bodes very well. He will be an England regular in a few years, mark my words. I'm hoping that Town can have him on loan again, but I fear that Leicester will cash in - both Arsenal & Liverpool are said to be very interested.

There's little news down here only the usual rumours. I would hope he would see the season out on loan and then return to us and slot into the first team especially as our Premiership future for next season is pretty well assured. Better that than sitting on the bench or in the reserves to one of the big clubs which hoover up young talent for them never to be seen again.

We could do a lot worse Moby

We have an incredibly young squad so an older head would only be an advantage

To be honest, I don't think he'd be a starter because our back four have hardly put a foot wrong, but good for cover.

I'd be happy to see him sign until the end of the season.

The Foxes were robbed vs Spurs, as were we, by a crap decision by the officials ... roll on video technology.

It was a good match today - enjoyed it. I'm not sure how the referee saw what happened and he probably reacted as much to Rose's appeal rather than what he actually saw. It could have gone either way. I thought Gray had a good debut and at £3.75 million he looks a bargain and still just a young lad (19 I think). And I can see why Huddersfield were so keen to hang on to Chilwell.
Neat goal from that ugly lump of yours Mob, but he has a deft touch for such a big lad.
Video technology would eliminate a good many dodgy decisions. It seems to work well in rugby.
